This coffee is from the Gore Kone washing station,
It has stood out for us because of its delicate profile, white floral character and citrus fruit.

Nice acidity and fruit, intense, sweet and juicy. So much perfume like florals, pear, lemon, sweet lemon juice and plum. Good structure.

Best for filter, can also be used as an intense floral espresso.
