While Yirgacheffe is known for its clean, floral, and juicy taste, Dumerso is an even more specific community area in the Gedeo zone of Yirgacheffe. This area especially produce some of the most complex and intense flavours in Yirgacheffe.
Even though the cherries came from 700 smallholders farmers, they got ‘meticulous sortings’ skill in their pocket. And that’s how this Ethiopian coffee keeps its taste consistent.
