Rwanda Kamajumba – Washed

This lakeside coffee farm is run by one woman.

It is very unusual to find farms like Kamajumba in Rwanda, which produces its own lots. Situated along Lake Kivu, Kamajumba farm is owned and managed by Rwandan businesswoman Furaha. Its cherries are processed exclusively in Furaha’s own washing station, Muhundo, alowing an intensive care from a single owner.

With its bright, complex, & fruit-driven, yet very balanced and rich characteristic, this lot gets away with cupping score 87.

Tasting notes: sweet-stewed fruits, medium body, & clean aftertaste.
