This is an entry-level class appropriate for beginning baristas or for those who wish to hone their manual techniques.
With a low student to instructor ratio (4-1) and one workstation each, students will master the principles in no time.
At the end of this class, students should have the ability to brew espressos, understand and have ability to adjust the grinder, perform cleaning duties at end of shift.

- dose and tamp consistently
- adjustment of grinder to suit for variances
- extract espresso by eye
