With 2 days intensive class & a low student to instructor ratio (4-1), students will master the principles in no time.

What you will learn:

• Tasting & evaluating coffee using flavour wheel
• Filling up basic coffee scoresheet
• Recognising & tackling coffee defects
• Tackling & brewing a new coffee
• How variables in brewing works
