As young producer inheriting Luis F. Saldarriaga’s farm, Juan Saldarriaga challenges the reputation of Antioquia coffee through experimentations. Antioquia region is known for solid, but maybe slightly boring coffee compared to other Colombian regions.
Juan Saldarriaga grows different kinds of cultivars in different altitudes. His eagerness eventually pays off. This coffee has more than the regularly chocolaty and heavy-bodied characteristic of an Antioquia coffee. Naturally processed, what comes along is a fruity mix of plums, berries, & stone fruit.
