HOW TO MAKE
CLEVER DRIPPER COFFEE
INGREDIENTS
18g of filter roast co ee
300g of water

fold and insert bleached paper filter into Clever

use hot water to thoroughly rinse paper filter to get rid of taste

grind 18g of co ee at medium coarseness, just finer than what you would use for french press

add co ee then add 300g of water & start timer, make sure to wet all the grounds

at 3:30, place Clever on carafe and allow the co ffee to drop down

after all is dispensed, dispose of filter and rinse Clever, we prefer to use freshly heated water to 91o c
