Milk basic class will help you understand the different milk types and how they affect milk foam, the importance of proteins and fat in milk, the principles and the role of temperature in milk foaming.
With a low student to instructor ratio (4-1) and one workstation each, students will master the principles in no time.
At the end of this class, students should able to texture milk for different drinks, understand and assemble popular drinks that are present on most menus.
